CTRL review

I’ve been poking around Hulu.com during my funemployment time and came upon CTRL , an original web series. (It’s also on iTunes.) Now, I hate watching TV online and I hate webisodes, so I’m almost ashamed to admit that this one has me hooked.

Departures

The Oscar Winner for best foreign film is a testament to life’s detours and finding the art in them. It is one of those rare films that is an uplifting despite its somewhat morbid subject matter.

Coraline

Some little kids are about to get the Holy Jebebus scared out of them. Ten-year-olds will probably make it through “Coraline” but parents who don’t do their homework will have a crying five year-old on their hands in the middle of the night. Bummer, they have no one to blame but themselves.
