David Howard is a Type-1 Diabetic who is currently living without Health Insurance. Type-1 diabetes is not curable, unpreventable and uninsurable. It’s also extremely expensive when not insured. As a result, he is attempting to get a cost-effective control on this disease through exercise. He is neither a medical nor physical fitness expert. All workouts were performed at Crunch Gym in Los Angeles. Oh, and when first diagnosed he was told that above average workouts were not advisable or achievable. Hopefully “they” were wrong.
